An already thin College of Charleston front line has become further depleted after Cougars coach Bobby Cremins announced Friday that junior center Jeremy Simmons has been suspended for tonight's exhibition game against USC Aiken as well as next Friday's regular season opener at Coastal Carolina. The men's team plays USC Aiken, which reached the "Sweet 16" in last year's NCAA Division II tournament, at 5 p.m. at Carolina First Arena, while the women's team will play USC Aiken at 7 p.m. Cremins said Simmons was suspended for a violation of team rules.
