Mount Pleasant council: Page, Burn, Carrier, Rhyne leading

MOUNT PLEASANT — Linda Page, John Burn, Elton Carrier and Dr. Craig Rhyne were leading the race for four Town Council seats tonight with at least 38 of 44 precincts reporting, said Marilyn Bowers, executive director of the Charleston County Board of Elections and Voter Registration.
